Child Abuse Survivor Services Boosted - Australia

"Opening the new headquarters of Adults Surviving Child Abuse (ASCA) today, Minister for Mental Health and Ageing Senator Jacinta Collins said the organisation would receive the funding as part of the Government's e-Mental Health Strategy.

“This means ASCA can expand its telephone counseling line 1300 657 380, its online services and referral database,” Senator Collins said.

“These services will help survivors of childhood complex trauma, their carers and the health professionals who work with them.”

"A series of fact sheets for survivors, carers, GPs and other health professionals will also be available from next month on the ASCA website....
