Will Smith, Chris Rock Psychology Issues?  ACEs?  Needs PACESconnection?

Will, Chris and millions of Americans have to do something to free themselves from their negative mindsets and ACEs (not control because that backfires):

  • Benefit from rehab at thousands a month?
  • Psychiatric drugs at thousands a month?
  • Self medicate at thousands a month?.
  • Psychiatric care at thousands a month?
  • There are low cost options?

Shoulds vs Coulds

What could have Will Smith done differently?

Doctors and companies usually recommend the most expensive options even though they rarely work.

What could the schools do to help younger versions of these two?

There are low-cost options that decrease stress and Increase happiness.

As a result, work and school presenteeism improves.

Schools get paid when kids show up.

For schools and businesses: Pennies  a day.

Good investment for the district and bottom line.

When it comes to stress management and mental health, good enough is not going to work because people need to be healthy and happy to show up and succeed.

Thank you PACESconnection for continuing and supporting our 20+ years with ACEs and there's so much more to do --- Do you agree with Dr. Felitti describing these options to me on a national TV Show discussing the future of ACEs?

How will the ACE Study help millions in the future?

This is really not a conversation that white and non-Black people need to be part of analyzing or contributing to, regardless of the overlap with ACEs and our understanding of it. Uplifting this thread that captures a number of links to the perspectives of Black women and marginalized genders:
