Laurie Lockert, Portland, OR -- Laurie, a mental health professional, runs a program focused on reducing the use of hospital emergency departments and inpatient services by "frequent flyers". The program staff recognizes that adverse childhood experiences affect each member of this population.
Angela Cleveland, Van Nuys, CA -- Angela is the principal of two alternative high schools that are using ACE concepts in their core curricula through peace education.
Mark Foreman, Santee, CA -- Mark is a pre-doctoral intern at San Diego County Juvenile Forensic Services; fourth year graduate student California School of Forensic Studies, Alliant International University - San Diego; retired police lieutenant; and former director of San Diego Family Justice Center.
Donna Pence, San Diego, CA -- Donna is a law enforcement child abuse investigator and national trainer for issues around child maltreatment and system responses.
