Mark Barth, Albany, NY -- Mark is a consultant and author of the Social Emotional Development and Learning Guidelines, adopted by the NY State Board of Regents in July 2011.
Carmen Kleikamp, Salem, WV -- Carmen, a licensed clinical social worker, works with at-risk youth between the ages of 7 and 18, at the Miracle Meadows School, a residential Christian school for children, most of whom have experienced trauma, neglect and/or abuse before the age of 3.
