Jessie Salu, Portland, OR -- Jessie works for the National Crittenton Foundation, which supports girls and young women who have experienced profound violence and trauma. The organization, which heard about the ACE study when Dr. Felitti did a presentation at the National Women's Roundtable on trauma in Washington, DC, is now identifying the average ACE score for many of the young women who are or have utilized Crittenton programs and services.
