Janet M. Jones, Kalamazoo, MI -- Janet's background is in psychology. She's the collaboration coordinator at the Kalamazoo Youth Development Network at the Greater Kalamazoo United Way, and coordinates the BARJ Network.

Elizabeth O'Donnell, Peekskill, NY -- As a school psychologist, Elizabeth focuses on academic success and behavioral improvement.
Vicki Hummer, Tampa, FL -- Vicki is director of trauma-informed care at an agency providing crisis intervention and trauma recovery services across the life span.

Melissa Winston, Joplin, MO -- Melissa, who is finishing up her master's degree in marriage and family therapy, works in youth development in the prevention services arm of LifeChoices in Joplin, MO
