I want to share an incredible resource with you. A few years ago, because of my work with trauma healing and the Change Triangle tool for emotional health, I was invited to be on the advisory board for a harm reduction organization called Seek Healing. Other advisory members include Gabor Mate , MD and Andrew Weill, MD. so I am in very distinguished company and honored.
Seek Healing offers all FREE resources and group support as they empower others by teaching them listening and connection skills. Anyone and everyone can be a part.
This weekend, starting at 4 PM ET today, they are kicking off their first ever We Are The Medicine Connection Festival. You can visit seekhealing.org to learn more and sign up. The course, workshops, dance parties, yoga, connection practice, and seminars look amazing. This is a rare kind of event and it's all weekend long.
