Exploring Your BIGNEXT Journey is an 8-week Workshop curated by Dr. Jeff Linkenbach for leaders looking to reconnect to their deeper calling. As leaders in a rapidly changing work environment, you may feel overwhelmed or disconnected from other people, your teams, or your organization. This feeling of disconnection to self and others is at the root of the malaise and it takes a toll on our mental health and the spirit of our organizations. The BIGNEXT journey recognizes our deep need for reconnection to purpose and values – to our why – to our BIGNEXT that is emerging, if we take time and learn how to listen to our deeper calling.
The BIGNEXT workshop is focused on:
- Reconnecting to your core and reinvigorating your energy
- Bringing your most authentic self into the workplace
- Tapping into the wisdom that already exists inside you
- Integrating the teachings within your current leadership roles
What To Expect:
- Weekly self-guided content working with 4-part-cycles designed to facilitate lasting transformation;
- Reflections, guided worksheets, and journaling;
- One-hour live, weekly group coaching conversations with Dr. Jeff Linkenbach
- One-hour live, weekly engagement in small group conversations with a cohort of transformational leaders
The BIGNEXT Workshop takes place from 2pm – 3pm Eastern Time (1pm CT/12pm MT/ 11:00am PT) over an 8-week period. The live groups start Wednesday, November 2nd and Thursday November 3rd continuing weekly until the solstice on Wednesday, December 21st and Thursday December 22nd. Modules open for self-guided course work every Sunday evening (prior to the live calls).
**Thanksgiving week conversations will occur back-to-back on Tuesday November 21st from 1pm – 3:30pm ET (12pm – 2:30pm CT, 11am – 1:30pm MT, 10am - 12:30pm PT).
