Attend Taylor CAN meeting and ask to report on Linn County ACEs   efforts on a quarterly basis
Ask if other Linn Co. ACEs partners can attend the Taylor CAN   meetings
Invite Taylor neighborhood representative to attend the ACEs   Stakeholder meetings
Hold one-on-one meetings with key Taylor neighborhood   stakeholders
Schedule a date and time to hold a focus group with Taylor   neighborhood stakeholders
Further discuss ideas on what info. to share and how to share it

Develop webpage for "Building a Resilient   Community" resources

ACEs Stakeholders Group - To   identify target populations, list of existing ACEs-related efforts and   determine who needs to be a part of    Resiliency Design Team.
    
    
Resiliency Design Team objective: To develop a clear, measurable outcome   and implement best practice strategies to address ACEs.

Prevent Child Abuse Iowa - Received grant on developing   strategies to address ACEs
Iowaaces306 - Shared progress on local efforts   to post on website
Four Oaks - CB Team  met with Bob Sheehan to learn more about   their history and development of trauma-informed practice
ACEs Connection - Conference call with Jane   Stevens, Editor of ACEs Connection, about how to more fully utilize their   website to share our work and network with other communities

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation - Follow-up   conference call with Martha Davis on 8/6/14
Four Oaks - meet with Frank to discuss   Trauma-Informed Care training
Tanager Place - meet with Okpara to discuss   thoughts on ACEs/trauma-informed care/resiliency efforts 
Iowaaces306 - Invite Lisa Cuchart to our office   to discuss our efforts and learn more about overall plan for Iowaaces360   efforts
Taylor Neighborhood Area - Attend Taylor CAN   meetings
Taylor Neighborhood Area - Conduct one-on-one   conversations with Taylor neighborhood key stakeholders

 

Created in December 2014 by the UWECI ACEs Design Team to showcase current and future efforts to build a more resilient community.
