Chris Warwick worked in the field of domestic violence and victim rights for over 30 years and immediately understood the link between her work and the work of Peace4Tarpon. Chris has been a member of Peace4Tarpon and on the Board from the very beginning. Active on the Marketing and Outreach Team, Chris was also on the Community Outreach Action Team and traveled to Buncombe County North Carolina to experience the trauma-informed work being done there. She is a dedicated and passionate speaker who fully understands how unaddressed childhood trauma plays out in the world. She has spoken on behalf of Peace4Tarpon at many venues including the Polk County BOCC, Orange County DOH, and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tarpon Springs.
Chris has a lush paradise of a garden at her home and is active in the Tarpon Springs Garden Club where she contributes many plants for the annual plant sale. She and her husband have the gypsy spirit and enjoy traveling adventures as often as possible.
