The Power of Positive Experiences to Improve Public Health

"If we want health, we must promote health." ~ Dr. Jeff Linkenbach

The research on positive experiences across the lifespan and their impacts on individual, family, community and public health is growing, and exciting new applications are emerging.

We hope you will join us each day from Noon to 1:00pm Central Time, February 5th-9th, as The Montana Institute hosts the 2nd Annual online Montana Winter Institute to explore these issues together.

The first two days will shine a spotlight on the research related to The Science of the Positive, Positive Childhood Experiences, and Positive Adult Experiences with speakers, Carla Ritz and Ali Crandall, PhD, MPH. On Wednesday we will pivot toward application, and in the final three days we will learn about ways that this research is playing out through Positive Community Norms work in prevention with speakers Sara Thompson and Jeff Linkenbach, EdD, in EDI efforts centered on joyful equity with speaker Yvonne Jackson, MBA, and finally in building relational systems of care that lead to flourishing with Christina Bethell, PhD, MPH, MBA.

We hope to see you at this webinar series as we shine a spotlight on the pathway of positive experiences leading to improved health!  Register today: https://www.montanainstitute.com/mwi
