The Determined Aware State

Have you ever been desperate? I mean that desperation that comes from the array of surviving what is beyond your verbal abilities to succinctly express, if at all, to life and death.  Desperate.  The truth is, regardless of it we have been or aren’t now, we should be in a determined aware state.

Here are the facts:

To whatever our degrees (0-100) and whether of our true free will or not, we are:

  • Experiencing, allowing, creating injury (child abuse, violence, poverty, racism, inequality, all the ways we de-individualize, animal cruelty, unexplained, and so on),
  • Experiencing, allowing, creating the destruction of our bodies and world (all the environmental impacts),
  • Not prepared for possibilities, including possibly imminent worse.

Whether of our true free will or not, what we and others are doing or not doing right now affects our and other life’s safety and possibilities.

  • For the most safety and hopeful possibilities for myself and (if applicable) who I am attached to:
    • Every moment matters for me to be doing the best thing possible (There is a framework for how to decide this - Five through the Filter in the attachment).
    • Because what we are each doing or not doing impacts each other, I need others to:
      • Whatever extent possible have what they need, to decrease the risk of them being unintentionally dangerous, and them be able to contribute their best to our world.
      • Understand how every moment matters.

The reality of our existence demands that all of us be in a determined aware state and do whatever is necessary, to whatever our functionality and current situation allows.  For the most safety and hopeful possibilities, we have to both as individuals, and as a networked-community.

I’ve been assembling the, “Okay, but how?”.   I call it Connect All.  It has one goal and two motivations.

Goal:  To address all that can be addressed in existence for the most safety and hopeful possibilities.

Motivations:

  • I need the most safety and hopeful possibilities for myself and (if applicable) who I am attached to.
  • I both want to positively and don’t want to negatively, tell the children and innocents of the world, “Here is what I was doing this moment when you needed me.

That might sound hard, but it is necessary and doable, as an individual and a global community.  And the “how” is outlined in the latest version of the guide*, I’ve attached.

Let’s all connect.  Gwen.

*To clarify “guide”:

  • I wrote it to have enough information to stand alone, so if someone just picked it up they would understand the basics, but it is also designed for it to be used in conjunction with meetings and additional training, where you can go more in depth and have additional examples.   But I don't want people to think they need meetings/trainings to read it, so just calling it a guide and need to add a paragraph to explain its purpose on the opening page.
  • It is the rough draft, and I’m working on getting it formatted asap.
Right now, it just has module 1, but that provides the foundational information needed.
  • I do have roughs of modules 2 and 3, along with roughs of slide decks and forms.
