Rider for Change: Encinas on his way to La Grange, TX

James Encinas left Bastrop this morning: destination La Grange. He says he'll probably stay there a couple of days as it's supposed to storm tomorrow and Tuesday. This will give him time, he says, to post about his meeting with George Patrin, whom he called a "great guy!"
