Processing Emotions and Connecting to Your Authentic Self

I am sharing a podcast from an award-winning show, The One You Feed, in case this is a resource for our community. As many of you might know, I have become passionate about sharing the emotion education I received in my training to become a trauma psychotherapist specializing in accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP). Emotion education only has benefits and we get none in our formal education. The Change Triangle is an invaluable tool for anyone with emotions--which is all of us--to meet the many emotional challenges of modern life.
