My foundation aims to increase compassion for ourselves and others by asking you to “take a second look” at what happened to us in the past and providing education about adverse childhood experiences and how they affect the way we behave, the choices we make and the way we see the world.

Presentations can include - what happens in our brain when it is exposed to repeated traumatic experiences, how these brain changes affect our behavior and our health throughout our lives and what we can do to bring our nervous systems back into regulation.
