Stressors are everywhere. They are on TV, at work, at the store and in your very own head.  There is nothing you can do to avoid stress. It is natural, reoccurring, and provoking. The only thing you can do to combat stress is to challenge it by becoming a master stresshandler.

While stress is can sometimes be a good motivator, it can bring around some serious health issues. Stress as an emotion causes your body to release chemicals useful for fight or flight situations. Unfortunately, your body will turn on itself the longer it stays in that fight or flight mode.
