Each week we will introduce conversation starters and discuss issues of interest for survivors of childhood sexual abuse and trauma. This relaxed, informal, interactive group will meet Mondays from 6-7:30 over Zoom for a conversation about the topic of the evening.

This week's special guest is Lizzie Hershberger
Lizzie Hershberger lives in southern Minnesota on a ranch with her husband of almost 25 years and four children.
She is the author of Behind Blue Curtains.
She shares her story of growing up Amish where she suffered all kinds of abuse.
Lizzie is the cofounder of Voices of Hope Events where they hold Conferences for large groups of women twice yearly.
On Labor Day 2017 Lizzie survived a horrendous ATV accident where she endured 16 surgeries on her foot. During her lengthy recovery, she started writing her memoir, Behind Blue Curtains.
Her story has been in Cosmopolitan and Rochester Woman magazine and multi other media platforms.
Her true passion lies in sharing her story to inspire women, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking growth.
Lizzie's childhood in the Amish culture brings with it a love for the outdoors, including natural vegetable gardening, hiking, and horseback riding. Her favorite pass time is listening to thunder and rain while reading a good book.
