As an educator, you are negotiating many feelings, both in your personal and professional life. In our 6-week Personal Resilience Circle, you will learn how to Center yourself so that you can be your best self in service to your school community and your own family! Through virtual small group exercises, examine your protective patterns, and you will practice simple, effective, research-based centering skills. These six-week sessions provide an opportunity to learn about yourself and learn from others in a supportive environment. This is FOR you, not more to do.
