Indiana Child Welfare Worker Increase

Indiana has added to its budget for hiring more child welfare workers to address its load of children in need. While this is a welcome goal, I am somewhat heartened by Indian leadership stating that preventing should be the goal. Indiana is addressing symptoms, and needs to start searching for answers to prevent children from the problems being addressed by this action.
