Documentary puts focus on Lincoln, work to help kids with trauma [Union-Bulletin.com]

A documentary filmed at Lincoln High School is receiving national attention, even though “Paper Tigers” has yet to be officially released.

“Word spread quickly nationwide through the trauma informed community and restorative justice movement,” director and producer Jamie Redford said in an interview this week.

Redford, son of actor and director Robert Redford, added that “Paper Tigers” will be released in coming months on the film festival circuit, followed by a contract with a distributor. But unlike his other documentaries, the film is now and will continue to be available for private screenings for smaller audiences.
