This grant supports efforts to enhance law enforcement's response to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking by promoting trauma-informed and victim-centered investigations. By incorporating trauma-informed techniques, agencies can prevent re-traumatization of victims and improve communication between victims and law enforcement.

Eligibility:

States, local government units, and Tribal governments may apply on behalf of agencies lacking the authority to apply independently.
