"A new child victims unit has been created within the state Attorney General’s Office to streamline prosecution of suspects in child abuse cases and provide social services to victims in Delaware.
“The child victims unit brings together prosecutors, a criminal investigator and other staff from across the Department of Justice into a unified team focused exclusively on protecting children who are victims of crime,” state Attorney General Beau Biden said in announcing the new unit.
"Integrating efforts to protect children and families will be most effective in navigating the “complex and sensitive circumstances surrounding these cases to secure justice for victims,” he said...."
