I have a new resource to share that I am very excited about:
After a year of development, writing, and video recording, I wanted to let you know we finished and launched the Emotions Education 101 Turnkey Curriculum:
AEDP therapist Heather Sanford and I put our heart, mind, and soul into making this experiential class as beneficial as a psycho-educational class can be to grow the long-term emotional health and wellbeing of people 18 and up. This education is crucial for parents, healthcare providers, teachers, and truly all adults interested in wellness and mental health. Our goal was to make this curriculum easy to implement into any practice, agency, school, community, or other organization.
Included in the turnkey curriculum is:
The Training Manual PDF (to instruct facilitators).
- The EE 101 Curriculum PDF with lesson plans for each class followed by the exercise scripts and PowerPoint slides with teaching notes for each slide.
- Eight individual class folders containing three videos of us teaching the daily PowerPoint lesson, opening exercise and discussion exercise. The videos are meant for people who may not wish to do the actual teaching portion as well as those who would like to use our teaching as a guide to inform their own.
- The full PowerPoint slide deck for teaching.
- PDF of the slides as handouts for participants.
The one-page consolidated homework sheet for participants.
