Position Available: ACEs Connection Network Manager                   

Position Summary

The ACEs Connection Network Manager is a full time, benefited position with ACEs Connection Network. The person in this position will work under the direct supervision of the CEO to support the organization by providing membership and systems support to ACEs Connection staff and the wider community membership.

Essential Job Functions

35% - Managing ACEsConnection.com site:

  • Managing member applications, requests from members, and resolving the occasional member conflicts;
  • Finding content for the daily digest and working with other members of the ACN team to find content for the network;
  • Developing the content for the daily digest and weekly roundup and distributing to the ACN network;
  • Writing short posts for the weekly roundup. Identifying and flagging appropriate content for the Resources Center.

35% - Support for ACEs Connection groups:

  • Working with and supporting community facilitators, who start, mentor and grow groups, particularly setting up the basic group structure on ACEsConnection.com;
  • Implementing group site structure and troubleshooting staff and member issues related to group set up and management;
  • Key staff support for ‘Group Managers’ group site on ACEsConnection by identifying and posting appropriate content, answering questions, and assisting with group growth.

30% - System development and strategy:

  • Working with community facilitators and the CEO to develop a system for flow of the most useful information that will work to serve hundreds of groups;
  • Working with CEO and staff who are developing other systems to develop a strategy to integrate information flow with the rest of the organization and scale all systems.
     

Qualifications

  • Experience with community-of-practice social networks;
  • Ability to use mindful conflict resolution;
  • Knowledge of ACEs science, trauma-informed and resilience-building practices;
  • Good writing skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and talent for detail;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, PPT, Google Drive, basic HTML, search engine proficiency, familiarity with MailChimp.
