Love this, Dave! I appreciate your willingness to enter into the "messiness" of ministry with those working through the implications of adverse childhood experiences. I, myself, am knee deep in ministering to children while they are working through their difficulties in childhood. I'd love to hear/see any responses from your adult class members about what resiliency factors did or would have made an impact for them in their childhood. I think this feedback could be helpful as I shape my ministry here at Intermountain's Residential facility (www.intermountainministry.org).
