A Big Thank You

At the end of October, I'll be ending my blog, Trauma's Labyrinth.

I want to thank you for reading my posts. I have greatly appreciated the emails, comments, and exchanges I have had with many of you, and the opportunity to learn and grow together, especially with regards to challenging topics and experiences. I have been both inspired and humbled by the courage, wisdom and honesty I have encountered.

I will continue to write about trauma and healing, but am working on longer projects these days. I look forward to sharing once they are completed, and keeping in touch through social media, email, or my contact page, as well as staying involved in communities like ACEs that are devoted to healing trauma and ending violence.

Trauma's Labyrinth started about six years ago, at a time when writing was in the margins of my life, and when I was first starting to practice psychotherapy, but after eight years as a mental health scholar. My life has come full circle since then, and writing once again occupies the majority of my work time. It makes sense to close this chapter of my life, despite its many rewards, and make the space for new opportunities, including writing about trauma and healing in different formats and venues.

I hope you remain subscribed to my email newsletter, or subscribe for the first time, so I can contact you when I publish something or offer a new service.

Thank you again for taking part in such an enriching experience of my life.
