Join us for an afternoon of fellowship and conversation to discuss community health needs for women and babies before, during, and after birth and learn more about the statewide Perinatal Health Strategic Plan. Lunch provided with registration.
These town halls will be co-hosted and co-facilitated by local community-based organizations who know the work on the ground and are excited to learn, discuss and leverage the PHSP for the work that is already happening in community.
During this event you will:
- Learn the purpose behind the Perinatal Health Strategic Plan
- Discuss with local community activators how the plan aligns with the work and needs of your community.
- Practice utilizing the PHSP to pursue funding and strategic partnership opportunities that further your work.
- Receive a packet of information, including citable resources specific to your perinatal care region.
