North Carolina PACEs Connection

Moving From Talk To Action Using the RBA Framework

Together with DHHS Division of Mental Health and Race for Equity Now, The NC Healthy & Resilient Communities Initiative is excited to offer the following opportunity to North Carolina Resilience Coalitions.  Whether you’re called a Coalition, Collaborative, or Task Force, if you are part of a multi-sector working group addressing ACEs and Resilience, we hope you’ll choose to find out more about this opportunity.

This training is a result of feedback we received from coalitions across the state telling us you wanted help with action/strategic planning and involves a design team of 7 individuals from across the state at the local level. A limited number of local communities will be selected to take part in this three-part series which will take place in March, April and May, with some work in between the sessions.  Each community who participates will leave the process with skills on action planning which centers racial equity, and a plan for one action they want to tackle first for their coalition.

You are invited to an informational session will take place on 2/22 from 12:30-2:00pm which will highlight more details and requirements.  We encourage you to attend with several members of your community coalition to find out if this might be right for your community. Please register using the link provided below to attend the information/orientation session.

An application will be provided following the session.
