As a former preschool teacher, and before that a paralegal in the field of labor law, I support the unionization of child care workers. I also support the idea that all child care workers be familiar with the ACE Study, as well as ways to engage with healing ACES (which I believe is a process...no one ever heals 100 percent from them, but I do believe that everyone can get to the point of "emotional scar tissue" in terms of healing).
