Businesses that market Intervention, treatment, healing, recovery, and rehabilitation are powerful and getting stronger. 

Strong enough to stifle primary prevention efforts that would crush their profits.

Yes, David I agree.   

Also the lion's share of incidental ACEs 0-5 are not the big T Traumas, like gun violence, but the small t traumas like mal-attachment and 'benign' neglect, and most Americans are in a lot of denial about the effects of things like mother baby separation on themselves and their kids.
