What does a trauma-informed NFL look like?

In this post, I suggested a few things the NFL could do to become trauma-informed. I'm sure I just scratched the surface. What else should the NFL do? And....are these things applicable to all teams, no matter what the sport? High school teams? College teams? Other pro sports teams?
