Hi, we've been using that form for our work helping veterans with combat PTSD obtain relief. Our Veterans Stress Project used the VA forms specifically as we wanted more VA adoption of these highly effective and rapid results we get through Tapping. As a Master Trainer, it's important to me that I reach out to many in the positions you're talking about, i.e., those who serve traumatized populations as well as their clients.
