I am completing my dissertation research in which I used the 4-item PC-PTSD in combination with the 10-item ACEs questionnaire to assess safety-net patient preferences to discuss trauma exposure and symptoms with their PCC in an integrated care clinic. A DSM-5 revised version of the PC-PTSD has been developed and is undergoing validation and will be available when validated at: http://www.ptsd.va.gov/profess.../screens/pc-ptsd.asp
