Trauma training for healthcare leaders

Hello,

I have been asked to do a Trauma 101/102 type training for healthcare leaders across multiple departments of a single system. I already have some ideas on how to tailor this type of program to this audience, but I would be curious to learn what others have done as well. Thanks!
