Hello Ben, we have been assessing expectant parents and parents of birth to 5-year-olds during well-child visits for the past 8 months through a pilot grant and having a lot of success. We assess for parent ACEs and resilience, provide social work and parenting services, and have trained all clinic staff. The program is called SCAN (Score, Connect and Nurture), and we are about to expand the program to all children (birth-18) and the ER.
