Most school psychologists do not take a trauma informed approach to assessment. However my work as a school psychologist pushing this idea was recognized at the national association of school psychologists conference in 2013 was identified as winning the innovative leader award. In addition we put out a podcast through nasp that is available to school psychologists.

I think if you make the school aware that nasp is pushing this idea it might help.
