I taught online for nine years. As I became informed I did change my teaching. I taught criminology and victimology. The subject matter often prompted students to share in open forums or with me privately their previous trauma. I also worked to develop trauma informed practices to reach out to students who would “ghost”. I’d be happy to share my experiences.
