One aspect of the environmental scan involves identifying threats ; and one threat potentially blocking delivery of TIC may be the stigma attached to being a victim / survivor of ACEs. Despite a high percentage of such experiences amongst those people struggling with concerns about their mental health some will feel more stigmatised by ACEs than by MI! You will have to take that into account in considering your own community. I was shocked to see that in my own community but I can see how that could contribute to reluctance to disclose ACEs and thus accept TIC.
