I would be interested in us talking. My partner and I developed a program to support organizations in moving through trauma care "stages", to ultimately become an organization where trauma care is implemented at every level in the organization. The model we have created explains that implementation of trauma care in an organization is dependent on self-care and team care within the organization.

We have developed a program which utilizes a coaching model for care and sustained implementation.
