Hi Debra, this is so great that your county is integrating a trauma informed approach with eligibility workers and you are recognizing the need to train supervisors - this is critical. We have trained many managers in a variety of settings in a supervision model called "Reflective Supervision" - which we feel embodies the principles of trauma informed practice and is an imperative for an trauma informed initiative. You can read more about it on our website here. We do not have a curriculum per se. There are several excellent books on reflective supervision - most have been developed for work with early childhood educators - but we have adapted them to work with supervisors in medical settings, case management programs, and even recently with supervisors in our City's revenue (tax collection) department.
