I'm attaching 3 favorite resources here. One is very simple, called "Pieces of Bye" which is on p. 9 of the attached newsletter; I find it especially helpful when supervising newer therapists or therapists-in-training/interns, who are new to termination phases.

The second is an awesome article, "Termination as a Therapeutic Intervention when Treating Children who have Experienced Multiple Losses," by Michelle Many out of LSU.

The third are training slides from Laurie Anne Pearlman, whose Risking Connection curriculum/resources I find really helpful; the slides have some wonderful reflection questions to consider when ending therapy work with folks who have experienced multiple/complex trauma.
