speaker for safe schools summit this summer

I'm looking for recommendations for a keynote speaker for a Safe Schools Summit in August. Someone who can talk to the challenges, opportunities, tools discussed, continuing engagement opportunities. The audience will be primarily K-12 educators but will also have some mental health professionals, law enforcement, schools safety teams, school nurses, and emergency and disaster preparedness coordinators. Very important it is someone who has a positive lecture as it will be closing speaker so want to leave audience motivated especially given this can be a heavy topic. I should note most participants will be from rural schools/small towns so understanding challenges of small/remote schools a huge bonus.
