I wish I could offer some advice, Linda. I am really sorry that you're going through this. I am also dealing with a severe driving issue. It began with bridges many years ago, and progressed to highways. Now driving at all has become an issue.

Like you, my trauma has nothing whatsoever to do with driving. In fact, I consider myself a good driver and driving itself, ironically, is not the issue. The issue is the avoidance of another panic attack.

Like you also, I have tried a mountain of remedies.

I will be sure to post somewhere on this board if and when I discover anything helpful.
