I don't have any suggestions, I just want to say that I'm so sorry that this is happening to you. After my mom passed away (I was 28), I had a HUGE panic attack on the highway one day. I completely forgot where I was going and what I was doing. I just pulled off the road and cried until it passed. I was terrified. It only happened once so I can only imagine how terrible it is to face that every day. I pray that you find some help soon.
