My senior research project seeks to find what if any correlation exists between higher or lower ACE scores and greater or lesser utilization of professional services as related to the average for all services rendered. The professional services offered include comprehensive and intensive home based mental health programs that provide counseling, individual and family therapy, case management, and group therapy to clients between the ages of 8 and 19 who have sexual-behavioral issues that meet "medical-necessity" criteria. Most of these clients are adjudicated youth, stepping down from residential facilities, in foster care, on probation, and, or, mandated by juvenile court to take part in this program.
