I am working on enhancing a new training that we are offering to non-clinical supervisors throughout our human services system. I am looking for some role play scripts and/or supervision scenarios that we can use to give participants an opportunity to practice some reflective supervision skills, and to challenge them to look deeper at employee behavior to explore its possible connection to secondary traumatic stress or their own history of trauma.
Before trying to come up with something from scratch, I thought I would see if anyone has seen something like this in an existing training that I might be able to pull from. Thanks!
