Resource for Those with High ACE Scores

Hello all! In recent conversation with a pediatric health care provider I was asked if I knew of any helpful resources to hand to patients' who have been screened for ACEs and scored highly (4 or more). It would be great to have some kind of visual pamphlet that explains ACEs/Toxic stress and the importance of wellness habits and buffering relationships. Something that was translated into Spanish would also be fantastic. Thanks!
