Principles of trauma-informed care for meetings?

I'm trying to find principles that would help govern meetings. Our Task Force meeting has become somewhat contentious and I would like to bring it back to addressing trauma instead of creating trauma with some of our members. I have the principles of trauma informed care but I was wondering if anyone had geared them more toward adult meetings. Any guidance would be appreciated.
