Hi. I'm sure you are aware that there are a number of agency self-assessment protocols out there. The Center for Family Homelessness has an excellent one and Community Connections also has an extensive protocol that can be adapted to a wide range of agencies as well as a workbook for strategic planning. The National Council on Behavior Health has developed both an assessment and planning process and a performance monitoring tool, but I think it is primarily available through their Learning Collaborative program. You might check with them about possibly participating. We've been working here in Oregon on identifying or developing Benchmarks that agencies could use to assess their progress and that could serve as an accountability tool as well.
