Carolyn, I don't know if it fits or not but we use the validated Children's HOPE Scale and the we use the Adult HOPE Scale now. The Children's HOPE Scale is six statements and six possible answers. The Adult HOPE Scale is 8 questions. You can always add additional questions about stress and mindfulness but we like measuring hope in trauma exposed children and adults.
